Course Design & Development
Using the ADDIE model, I led the design of a new computer-based training program in close collaboration with cross-functional teams in operations, training, and leadership. Each phase—from analysis to evaluation—was driven by data and continuous feedback to stay aligned with business objectives.

Coordinated a large-scale volunteer event in partnership with Clean the World, supporting global hygiene and sustainability efforts. Managed logistics, volunteer engagement, and partner communications to ensure a seamless, impactful experience.
